Steve arrived on time, was very friendly, professional and obviously has a great deal of experience. He kept us updated on what he was doing throughout and when he left the unit was as good as new. He took care not to make any mess at all and took the time to explain how we should look after our system and what would need doing at next years service.Importantly at this time, Steve took great care in providing such brilliant service in a Covid secure way. After the unbearable heatwave we had in 2022, I wanted to be prepared for 2023. I contacted Steve who came round to survey my house and he explained what I needed to stay cool in 2023. He emailed a very detailed quotation over the following day with a couple of different options so I had a choice, based on my budget. I decided to go ahead and arranged a date for the installation. Steve and his team arrived exactly on time each day (a rare thing these days). They all spent two full days meticulously installing three indoor units and one outdoor unit with some very tricky routing of pipes and cables. The level of respect and care they showed for my property was simply amazing. Dust sheets were put down each day and at the end of each day they cleaned, hoovered and dusted, you would never know they were even here. Amazing, especially in this day and age. We need more tradesmen like Steve and his team in the world. Fully recommended.
