Reluctant interest in new business. You have to chase them just to get single sentence responses back. When they dont want to follow through with your job or they find something else easier to do. They make the excuse that you havent given them crucial information that they never asked for to come and do the job. Very dissapointing.

Came at very short notice and sorted my tow bar electrics out which was fitted by a tow bar company from Sheffield two years ago. Andrew has saved me a lot of worry and expense i would highly recommend his expertise and tow bar fitting and would not hesitate to use again
