Centenary Plaza

Lovely place!.. Not quite reaching it's potential yet as a couple of units remain empty, but a nice place to have a stroll if you are in Woolston. Good view of the Water and bridge.

A ghost town, which is a shame, because it's a fairly nice location with a view over the water. I feel sorry for the couple of remaining units, such as Mettricks, who would surely be hoping for a better range of businesses around them in order to create a buzz and some better footfall

Loved the elephants and outdoor seating for the footie and tennis. Hopefully the council will keep using this space and the public continue to enjoy doing so

It's ok and a nice cafe and bar with a well equipped gym and a beauty place but in general it's a bit quiet with most of the shops being empty.

Coffee was cold and Evan when changed pretty undrinkable Bakewell cake was stale and unedable will never go again and will advise others the same waste of money

Parking is easy once you know where! Better signage please!

Love Mettricks! The food is delicious and I always pop in for a coffee or drink if I'm on a walk.

Centenary Plaza is part of a new development in Woolston, consisting of a large amount of flats and apartments, And a small selection of other businesses. The businesses comprise of a restaurant beauty salon and gymnasium. One of the nice things about this area is that there is free parking in an underground car park.

DO NOT MOVE HERE.I lived in this complex from Jan ‘16 to Jan ‘17 and would advise everyone to steer well and truly clear of this complex for no reason other than the ridiculous car parking set up they have in place here.During the 12 months I lived here I accumulated many parking tickets as they allocate one car parking space per household and have absolutely zero consideration whatsoever for those houses which have more than one car.It has been more than 2 years now since I moved out of this complex and I am still now being bombarded with letters and issued court dates from my time living at Centenary Quay. In the past few weeks I have paid nearly £2000 paying off tickets trying to get these debt collectors and ‘solicitors’ off my back however have now jusy come home today to find 17 letters for new tickets dated June to August of 2016.The set up here is absurd. They have the entire area locked down with no parking available whatsoever for residents with more than one car or any visitors to this complex, with the private parking firms praying on those that have no alternate parking options. It’s disgusting.Avoid.
