Sarah was incredibly helpful and amazing to deal with!! My other half and I have varying tastes, and Sarah was able to keep both of us more than happy with a whole new bathroom suite (tiles and all)We popped in a few times and each time we were made very welcome and nothing was any trouble. We will certainly be back when we buy a new house! Sarah and the team, thank you soo much, we couldn’t have asked for better service!

Went to Bathshack and spoke to Sarah. She was amazing so friendly and helpful. When we arrived she greeted us and have us time to browse around the showroom. We ordered a full bathroom suite. Even though Bathshack where dearer than a previous quote we got from water,shed we still went with them as we felt the customer service was much better. Highly recommended.

Great showroom, larger than expected! A vast range and the staff are extremely informative and friendly, they can't do enough to help to ensure you have the product that suits you. Will definitely be back to order again.

Poor customer service. Waited 20mins for an assistant to approach me. Then when i said it was for a refund on an item they were not very professional at all. I said when do i get my refund and they said 5 to 10 days but gave me no receipt of this. I would definitely not buy from here again. Also to return items they charge you a 20 percent handling fee!! This was not mentioned when the items were being purchased

Bought my bathroom a few weeks ago and although I thought I had everything sussed and I knew what I wanted.... I didn't.... the lady was exceptionally good and had the patience of a Saint and an hour and a half later I made the payment and purchased my new bathroom from floor to ceiling, literally. To add to the brilliant service, about ten minutes into our visit, the man who wasn't dealing with us but who had noticed my 6year old daughter, put in a movie for her to watch which was a really nice gesture, highly recommend this shop, the staff are absolutely brilliant. My daughter has asked if we can go back....

We went to Bathshack in Ballymena for a part to fix our sink. When we arrived, they were closed and just locking up however Colleen very kindly saw to us anyway and got us the part we needed. She was very helpful and friendly.

Delivered broke toilet seat and wouldnt change it. Tried to charge £45 or something for a replacement as we didnt check it in 24/48 hours. Partner got delivery from driver. HE unloaded it at house and it sat there untouched for a week till plumber was able to install. Unless plumber lifted toilet seat in box and smashed it off wall before he fitted it (as they do) it was DELIVERED BROKE in box. So regarding this isnt even worth £20 and they were telling us it was 60 but we can have it for 45, be careful what you do with this lot as i wouldnt like to be replacing toilet at £400 we bought off them which came in broke packaging but was fortunately ok. Rubbish Stay Clear.

I have posted a copy of my parting email to customer services.My initial contact (Natasha) contracted covid 19 and I hope she makes a full and healthy recovery. Jakki picked up where she left off and compltely failed to achieve anything.I'm not sure if her hands are tied or she didn't follow up any parts requests, all I know is I wasted four months chasing it up.I waited four months and sent numerous emails and phone calls but to no avail. Most of the cheap plastic fittings broke or gave up within two to three years. I ended up replacing whole units like toilet seats by sourcing them on ebay and amazon.Don't waste your time contacting customer services.Great sales staff but zero after sales.Hello JakkiAnother month and no contact.I realise that COVID has affected us all, but this entire episode has been a farce over a 4 month period.No reply to emails and phone calls unanswered.I have sourced two toilet seats after total inaction regarding my initial inquiry for parts and despite assurances no more contact or action has been taken on your behalf.I will source my replacement handles and hinges from a more reputable supplier and will share my experience online.May I congratulate your sales staff on a great job but the after service was a 100 percent fail.GoodbyeEwan Harkness

Please!! DO NOT use their recommended plumber. Our ensuite was fitted in March 2020 and we had problems with broken tiles and our shower leaking from the word go. We made the mistake of paying them for a terrible service. Several failed attempts later to get them back to fix it and we've had to find a new plumber to fix the dreadful job done by your recommended plumber, as once he took our money, he didn't care. Not the stress or added expense a family needs when expecting a baby.
