Benedict was really knowledgeable, friendly, professional and did his best to fix our tap the cheapest and best way possible. Benedict was really communicative before he came to fix the tap so we knew what to expect and he was really punctual too as well as leaving everything spotless after finishing the job. Definitely recommend! And a real bonus that he travels by bike!

Mr Pedal Powered Plumber is super polite, very on time and definitely someone that I felt comfortable with in my house (which other women in particular may understand). He installed a new tap at a decent cost and checked on some other plumbing work in my house too. Very speedy. Generally, lovely fellow with a great rapport. Recommend !

The job was excellent but on top of that the communication was fantastic. Benedict responded really quickly to everything, he was very clear about the job, what would happen etc. and when and kept to his word absolutely. Plus the fee was reasonable. Thank you Benedict.

Benni is a really excellent plumber who really cares about doing a good job. The installed our new tap swiftly and neatly. After asking them to come I found a leak in some existing pipework which they fixed, as well as troubleshooting and adjusting the pipework so it wouldn't happen again. They also fixed a dripping tap while they were with me that two other plumbers said was unfixable. (Benni fixed it in about two minutes). AND told me what part I needed to buy to fix a long standing issue with my cistern. Hats of to them, a truly fab person and plumber and to top it all off super reasonably priced.

Benedict came to the rescue at very short notice this morning. He mended our broken toilet with no issues, and brought appropriate parts with him on his bike (extra bonus points!). Efficient and friendly, with honest and up front pricing, even telling me I didn't need one part! Thank you very much! You are now saved in my phone! Much appreciated.
