Toolstation is my first store of choice for DIY; the service is always friendly and I get good advice to help me with my jobs. Prices are excellent and I find them impossible to beat. Always parking spaces right outside too!

Absolutely wonderful service . The sales assistant Victoria was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, caring and kind .Shopping at Toolstation Scarborough was a real pleasure. I will definitely be going there again - the value for money is great. Products they did not have in stock arrived very early the next day and l was kept posted of its movements before arrival instore.

Excellent service, Tammy was very helpful getting a variety of plumbing parts for me to achieve a connection between two odd fittings. All the staff and manager have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I have used Toolstation for all my tools and fixings undertaking a conversion of a stable and coach house to extra living accommodation. They have been consistently cheaper and more helpful than other outlets. Thank you all.

I called in today at the last min for some items, although not all the items were available the manager of the store I think his name was Neil (sorry I did look at your badge, but my memory is useless !) went above and beyond to help me obtain what I needed . The service offered was five star !! I would recommend this store to anyone. I have used this store on previous occasions and have always found the team here to be helpful and cheery, but as I say today was above and beyond my expectations thankyou !!
