Very good we had no problem in swopping our empty bottle for a full one they even fetched it from the yard for us Very good staff polite and very helpful we will definitely be going back to them again 100% recommended.

Have been very disappointed, with my lack of knowledge on lpg I felt pressurised into staying with flo gas not realising that I had the right to move, I was told the tank was there's and had to stay or pay for it, so signed up for 2 years. My 2 years is up and haven't had chance to renegotiate due to work commitments and have just been hit with an overpriced bill of nearly double what I previously paid. Seriously looking for alternative suppliers, very disappointed and very disappointed when I've called to find alternative ways to pay based on what I use per year.

Appalling - I actually believe this is some sort of cowboy set-up and will be taking the necessary steps of reporting them should a representative not get in touch with me ASAP with a viable explanation.When I finally got through to Flo Gas after 1 hour on hold, I paid £500 for a delivery of LPG gas - the advisor proceeded to tell me they would put me on hold while they organised something on my account, I waited for almost another hour and the call was ended. I called back and the offices were closed.That was three days ago and they have been uncontactable since - despite taking my money.I have now run out of gas so have no central heating and have been trying to contact them by email/ phone to no avail - even their 'emergency' phone line, it is beyond a joke.I would advise staying well away from this company!

If I could put 0 stars that's what it would be.. where I lived before was mains gas, not cheap but could shop around for best deal, where I live now is tied into flogas as it's a shared road that only they supply, I've had a new a-rated boiler and very careful on using it, I've had the gas hob removed for electric and I'm paying at least 3 times more than I've ever done.. massive RIP off, and when you speak to customer service, they don't seem to know what they're talking about, it took months just to sort out an account and direct debit, I would not recommend this company..
