An absolute con of a service. How they can justify their prices is literally beyond me. I can arrange for collection of a parcel,up to 30 kilos by ParcelForce for £8.99 plus VAT, yet they want to charge me £87.50!! Disgusting. Do not provide any explanation of their charges.

The staff are very nice . Only downfall is the service was 24 hours when I joined up then someone else took over the company and he changed the locks on the door without telling customers so it is not 24 hours service anymore and they close on a Saturday and only 9. -4 now on the week . Really need to be open on a Saturday as some of us do not get the chance to go to there in the week.

Used too big of a box. Didn't pack the contents of the display case just left them rattling around inside of it. Charged nearly double what any other MBE has charged me for a similar shipment. Refused partial refund.
