I would give zero stars if I could. Appalling service!Was told we could pay through direct debit but when it came to it, they went back on their word and said we would lose our deposit (which was a lot of money) if we did not pay the figure outright. Even though it was all agreed to pay as a direct debit!The electricians were just as bad and their customer service was appalling. Cancelled on us when we booked a day off specifically for this service.When we asked for something to be moved just a few inches they refused to do it.Though our summerhouse is lovely and the builders were great I still would NOT RECOMMEND!
