Unfortunately, my mother had to go into residential care. I informed Virgin Media of her circumstances in an attempt to end her contract (I have the Powers Of Attorney). After several letters of complaint from myself, Virgin Media, through their Complaints Department, eventually sent a letter to her former address informing her that she had agreed a new package" and that there was "no need to terminate the contract" because of it. This was all several months AFTER she had gone into care! I would like to ask Virgin Media

Hi, I'd give them nothing but apparently it's not an option.I'm a broadband/phone customer. I theoretically have 350mbps broadband, which is what it starts at, within 24 hours it's down to 70mbps and I need to reboot the router to get it anywhere near the speed I pay for. The WiFi on the so called super hub is unusable, slow, poort coverage, frequent drop outs etc (I switched the WiFi of in the end and replaced it with google home mesh - much better). However as I have come to the end of my 12 month contract I'm struggling to see why in future I need to pay £60 for this shoddy mess. Your free to leave I hear !! point well made. I have spent the last day on chat's, phone calls trying to simply cancel my account to no avail. I've no sent in a fromal complain which the promise to respond to in 48H - lucky me. The customer service of these guys is atrocious. I fully understand COVID-19 have patience but this is taking the biscuit. Is it legal for a company not to give you a way to terminate your contract

Awful. Left sky to being considerably cheaper than sky. I now see why. Customer service seemed great before I signed up but now non existent and I sit in queues ignored. The packages on tv were not at all what we discussed at initial contact and suddenly found my bill being upped to match my channels with sky. Recording are extremely poor quality and often jump or are scrambled.The virgin anywhere app is no where near the quality of sky go.I really wish I stayed with sky. More money but service was much much much much much much much much much much much much much much much much much much much much much much much much better then the service I get now

Virgin broadband is so unreliable, yes fast when working but very unreliable. Customer service appalling, wait for too long when calling, all in all a terrible service if you can call it a service at all.

THERE IS A COMPANY WIDE ONLINE ACCOUNT ISSUE AT THE MONENT. DO NOT SIGN UP TO VIRGIN MEDIA! READ ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT YOU CANT USE THAT PASSWORD" ISSUE BEFORE PURCHASE!I have posted 3x on the forumCalled 3 times spending over 2 hours on the phoneSTILL NO FIX FOR THE "YOU CANT USE THAT PASSWORD" ISSUE!!I tried to complain twice and first time they put it down as a 'WiFi issue'and closed it immediately without telling me. Last week she said she wouldn't log a complaint but would call me back on Wednesday... guess what? NO call back. Fobbed off again.I can't view my bills
