Edwards and Co were helpful and professional throughout the selling process, from Anthony’s initial visit to value the property, to Shauna taking all the photographs and, in particular, Georgia’s support through the progression of the sale. They made what could have been a difficult time as easy as possible.

The process of selling our old home was extremely lengthy and problematic but Edwards and the owners of the property were so understanding and patient, we really can't thank them enough. Shauna at the branch was amazing! I cannot express how professional and lovely she was, made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in a way that I would understand as this would be my first time selling and buying a property. She answered every question I had, she was a ray of sunshine in and out made the process much less stressful, will definitely be going back to her if I was to ever sell or move again!

Edwards & Co were certainly one of the best agents I've dealt with. From Shauna initially showing around the property right through to completion with Georgia keeping us up to date every step of the way. They were very good at responding to queries and getting answers quickly. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in and around the Cardiff near centre suburbs.

I have to agree with another 1 star review below sadly. It's such a shame that vendors lose out on genuine buyers ready to purchase if they choose this estate agent.I have the cash in my account from inheritance, nothing to sell, ready to proceed with a sale and move in but I am not allowed to view any property until I show them my proof of funds. With data breaches and scams/fraud at the forefront of TV documentaries at present I'm not comfortable sharing personal details and account details showing a cash balance high enough to purchase a property outright.Once an offer is accepted I have a solicitor ready to go and I would be happy to share these details but until I am at that stage I would be foolish not to protect my personal data and information.I've spoken to a few people who have also said the same - that they have been unable to view a property and how strange the whole process is.It is because of this that any property I see on the big websites being sold by Edwards I simply scroll on past which is a shame because Edwards (and vendors) could be missing out on a genuine sale.I know Edwards replied to the above mentioned 1 star review below and they are happy with their process. Maybe they should have consideered that one day it would become a buyers market once again. By alienating genuine buyers when it was a sellers market you have probably lost many buyers who like me, scroll on past thinking they will be unable to arrange a viewing.I thought a prospective vendor may benefit from hearing the experience from the side of the buyer.

The team is great ,they helped us sell our property in the Heath and purchase our dream bungalow in Rhiwbina .... Would recommend highly to anyone looking to buy and sell ! Shauna,Amy,Clio,Kirra,Georgia are a credit to the business !

A smooth process from start to finish! Edwards were exceptional when selling our home. They went above and beyond what I would expect from an estate agent and made the whole experience easy and efficient. Moving house is one of the most stressful experiences but Edwards certainly made sure that it was as stress free as possible. Communication was excellent and the girls were always on the other end of the phone- nothing was too much trouble. Their knowledge and professionalism is astounding.
