I was in the que for 15mins at the front behind 1 person 4 staff behind the till, crazy and always a wait in there terrible shopping experience and its desperate for someone over the age of 18 to get the service sorted terrible place to shop unless that's all you have planned for the day

The staff were helpful but with very very rich British accent. Since Middlesbrough is an area with lots of multicultural it is expected that they speak about more clearly. I really struggled to understand the ladies

Why is it so hard for JD to get me the right size of shoe?!?Three times they came back with the wrong size, then I come back home and realise they’ve given me two left shoes.Only good part of this was a few staff who were helping me out, sounded like the upstairs staff were keep messing it up.After I get the right shoe, I never wanna go back!!

I picked a tracksuit for my daughter it said £35, which i thought was for the full tracksuit but it was just the top another £30 for the bottoms.Very misleading. I was not happy.

Well I can’t comment on the product as it’s still not arrived in store and they said 3-5 working days and we ordered it on 27 Nov ..just wondering where it is now? Not happy
