They made two glass sliding doors for my 8ft viv. This was made with 6mm thick glass and done with in a few days of ordering. Best service. The price was amazing and I am using them the for a glass floor for my 90kg Burmese python.

I ordered three between-glass blinds from Performance Glass in early March.When my installer tried to install the glass was too thick at the top and bottom, as PG had ordered the wrong size internals, so the frames were 32mm instead of 28mm. As well as that there were other issues - one had a bent slat preventing it from closing properly, and the other had a really noisy motor.They had to be re-manufactured which took another 5 weeks. Steve (MD) kindly offered to get his people to install so I didn't incur further costs, and I waited another 5 weeks.However, 3 new blinds were all faulty also. One had the same slat issue, one was struggling to raise and lower as the glass was pressing against the blind, and the 3rd was completely non-operational.After the initial helpfulness of the previous replacement, things then deteriorated badly. Steve ignored my phone calls completely and left me chasing him. No fault was found with dead one, which magically started working, and I had no confidence it would last. The others have been taken apart again, and bodged, but again I have no confidence in the product or the people at performance glass .On top of which the offer of installation has disappeared, and Steve has now been pressurizing me for 2 weeks to just take a refund and go to one of his competitors to complete the order instead. In fact he has now just said he was cancelling the order anyway, and that was that.None of this helps me get the 4 months back that I have wasted on this bunch of incompetents, and I am still out of pocket for the original installation costs. My project is now behind by 4 months, and I now have to go and re-order with someone else who has the ability to complete the work, at a time when the factory in Italy is entering its summer closure.Steve also told me they had problems on other jobs also, and he couldn't understand why they were having so many problems, so this doesn't appear to be a one-off.To cap all of this off the promised refund has not appeared yet, and further emails are being ignored, so looks like I have a visit to the small claims court coming up to reclaim the original purchase cost and the other costs I have incurred.Avoid this bunch at all costs.
