Such a pleasant and painless experience buying a new car at Kehoe's. We cannot fault the customer service we received from the second we drove onto the forecourt. Every detail was listened to and considered by John. No detail was too small or overlooked. This is the second car we have bought from Kehoe's and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had issue with them left me upset annoyed. It all started 3rd of December I took car for mot sitting in Lane waiting to get called two warning lights came on so knew it was going to fail. Anyhow car failed due to the warning lights only.december 4th rang to let them know it failed and had warning lights on it as car was under first mot warranty. Said to bring car in to hook it up to computer see what issue was.Took car in 5th December found out was a pressure sensor said would order it in could be in by end of week if not early next week would ring us let us know when it arrived. That week ended no call following week came still no call so thought I best ring them as I was running out of time for re test. Rang them on the 17th of December said ah part is here when can you bring it in so organised take half day next day bring it in and wait around town the 3-4 hours it took to fix it.Returned to garage 3+ hours later wasn't ready so decided to take a car for a test drive which I was planning to upgrade to in the new year. After returning was told that when removing the manifold to get to the sensor some part had broke so they would have to order it in mechanic had explained to me and was told I would have to get a courtesy car from them would be fixed on Thursday as they couldn't do it tomorrow as was a mechanic short.Had to ring insurance to transfer my insurance to loan car which I wasn't able to do and had to add car for a couple days at an expense to myself. Before leaving I went over to talk to Liam to ask if he would cover the excess which I had to pay as it wasn't fair I was out of pocket for this to which he rudely replied that I had probably broke it hitting pothole or bump to which I replied that it wasn't my fault the mechanic had explained what had happened and was one of them this that sometimes happens which I understand to which he replied maybe you should get better insurance constantly passing the blame my way and acting like it wasn't his problem.went out to leave and got into the loan car it stunk of smoke and damp didn't think much of it thought least it only for couple days following morning partner got into car in the day light inside the car the seats were all damp was mold on the seats and the windscreen was soaked and dripping water on her and took ages to demist anyway just thought couple days will have our own car back.Rang Thursday morning to find out if car was ready was told she was in a call would ring us back in few minutes hours past no call so once I finished work rang back was told part was there she would check with mechanic see when it would be ready and ring me back in ten minute hours later she phoned back to say it was the wrong part.it would be in tomorrow around 11 would ring me then.no phone call again tried to ring about 12.30 someone tried to pass me over to the service department but it just rang out waited until I finished work and rang again to see if car was ready was told the car wasn't ready that she would call me back tomorrow. Saturday morning still no call so had to ring them again to be told it wouldn't be ready till after Christmas.Wednesday 2nd of January expected a call as they were back to normal no call,Thursday no call so rang them after work was told car would be ready tomorrow and that she would call me first thing in the morning. no call all day so rang again after work was told it was ready. Picked car up 4th of January a month after first phone call two and a half weeks without my car. When picking up car spoke to owner to let them know how unhappy I was with it all explained my story was told he would review the situation listen back to the calls and get Liam to contact me on the Monday. Thursday now and no phone call again.unless you like constantly have to chase up waste your time and credit ringing them and being spoke to rudely and have the blame pushed on you by Liam. wouldn't recommend buying a car here and I won't be buying again

Very Happy, excellent service. I was getting 4 new tyres fitted at Kwik Fit when they realised I was missing a wheel nut. They phoned Collie in Kehoe Nissan who was able to get one for me at short notice and he even fitted it for me without being asked. Excellent service and a fantastic team member in Collie. Will be back again soon.
