Fantastic service. Spent about an hour and a half with me talking through the options and letting me test drive a couple even though I made it plain I wasn't likely to buy from them as I live 500 miles away. No pressure and seemed to be genuinely interested in making sure I found the car I wanted and could afford, rather than just the car they wanted to offload onto me! Best dealership I think I've ever been in!

My 2010 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE had an electrical problem one day early December 2014 - not starting, unlockable steering, auto locked in Park mode, etc., but full battery. Initial reluctance from Service manager at County to send technician out, but upon (forcefully..!) explaining the impossibility of sending vehicle in, he relented. Technician's initial diagnosis (with the aid of computer analysis), was that the dashboard electrics had failed. Parts then ordered, and after various disconnections,vehicle transported to Barnstaple dealer the next morning, where parts fitted & problem solved (all under LR Extended Warranty), and collected the car that afternoon. Apart from the initial reluctance, a good and speedy service. Purchases vehicle new from County, not had any service problems to date with them.

I would just like to say a huge thank you, we are on holiday here in north Devon and had a problem with are discovery, we called in to see if they could possibly help us, straight away a gentleman came out took our car in the workshop, sorted the problem out for us, even offered us tea or coffee. Just can't thank you enough. We can know get on our six hour journey home. Thank you so much. Regards jenny

good place and very friendly staff. had a test ride for DISCOVERY SPORTS 2017. nice place for kids with some toys as well while we were busy with their representative, our daughter was busy looking other cars and playing with toys.... hopefully will visit soon again to buy same. cheers. didn't take any pictures though.. Recently traded in a Disco 4 for another and have asked the service department to do a couple of things since and the service so far has been outstanding. Recommended.

Had a little problem with a light coming on the dash board whilst on holiday in the Barnstaple area. Took the car for a check and dealt with the service manager. He was polite, friendly and provided an excellent service. Thankyou!

Visited this morning , SAT with a view to buy having seen the car on Web site.We spent 25 mins on the forecourt no onecame out of the office to speak to us as it was raining !No one else was there just 3 guys looking at us out of the office window.We left as there are many other places to spend your money.If they can't be bothered then nor can we.Not the level of service you would expect from Landrover .Dread to think what they would be like if you had to bring a car back that had a problem.Beware!

Excellent advice and service. Very supportive team, very knowledgeable about all products, nothing was too much trouble. After trying many other products from the market we went back and purchased a Landover Discovery HSE sport. Approved pre-owned .

Always very helpful if a fault occurs.
