Marks and Spencer

Went for something specific but unfortunately they didn't have. Not sure if put of stock or if no longer stock. Had all the fruit and veg I also wanted so still a good trip.

Friendly helpful staff, easy parking. Great for browsing and buying. I hate shopping but this store makes it so easy and not stressful.

Great staff giving excellent customer service. Great you can always find a female member of staff in the lingerie section.Good store but security needs improving - far too many shoplifters in the food section with customers being knocked over when the thieves are running out of the store.

Really disappointed with my visit to Marks & Spencer’s Longwell Green the other day. The actual store itself wasn’t too bad but the cafe really really let the store down. I would probably rate the store a 4* overall but the cafe only a 1* so that is why I have chosen a 2* rating. We chose to have coffee and cake in the cafe and we had a really long wait for the coffees. It seemed like the staff had no clue what they were doing and how to make a coffee. It was quicker to get an iced coffee than it was a hot coffee. We had a kids meal deal and the pizza that comes with it had been microwaved to heat it up so it was incredibly soggy. The tables weren’t the cleanest and it was overall just a very disappointing visit. Like I said the actual store was nice and it was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and the food hall was also good.

M&S is renowned for good quality food and the staff are all very helpful and efficient. The clothes department offers a reasonably good range of good quality clothes with perhaps the ladies section providing a more choice. Out of stock items can easily be ordered in store and collected at the store or delivered to your home address.

Have literally just been served on the tills by a new man (quite young, curly hair) didn’t catch his name but he did an amazing job! He said it was his first day & you could tell he was quite nervous as a few things went wrong. Unfortunately the customers in front of us were not so understanding and were quite rude. Everyone’s had a first day once & he was doing great!

Excellent as always.Purchased food and clothing. Staff were lovley and although busy still managed a quick chat.

Lovely food. Quality clothes. Missed 1 star as I went in to have brekky and changed the menu to much missing my favourite breakfast part and no fresh orange just sparkling. So, I went elsewhere for breakfast

I would like to thank the young lady in the bakery today . I went in this morning and was told that the bread would be cooked later. I went back in this afternoon and was told it needs to cool . I walked back in later and she saw me going towards her and she gave me a loaf unsliced as I had asked.
