I am very grateful that Nat accomodated us for a full grooming of our shih tzu on the same day at 6pm slot when I enquired to make our first booking,as her calendar is fully booked the rest of the month.Nat was very professional and Kenzo looked amazing, happy, calm, and not anxious at all when I came to collect him after an hour.
