PAB Alarms

Very prompt service. I'd had problems finding someone to do the job as it seemed a small and straightforward one, but OAB Alarms were happy to do it the next day. The job was more complex than originally thought, but Peter fixed the problem at a very fair and reasonable price.

This is a fantastic small business, I honestly can't recommend them enough. We were met with an awful alarm based disaster on our first day in our new home, and we called them out of the blue in a panic, hoping for advice. Even though they did not install the alarm, the team immediately put me through to a technician, Peter, who calmly talked us through an incredibly stressful situation and solved the problem in minutes.Thank you PAB alarms for saving us (and our entire neighbourhood) from a very unpleasant sleepless night, and thank you to Peter for your expertise and problem solving ability! We will definitely be using this company for all of our security based needs in the future. Thank you!

Just had Paul out to sort our Alarm which was going offOn its own , which was a totalnightmare as it tripped each time we moved !Thankfully it just turned out to bea battery but they where so helpful and promptIn what is a very busy time for a lot of engineers andSpecialists , most of which wont even reply to your call....Its all sorted now and because of how good they where weHave booked a full alarm upgrade with them .Excellent service ,Credit where its due ,Cheers Guys !Lee

Have had alarm from this company for many years. About 18 months to 2 years ago upgraded to newer alarm and 3 cameras. This year first service although I did write down 1st service with come with upgrade. When they left me after the upgrade. I had to get friend to get the doorbell configured correctly as they didn't know how!(they suggested fitted but couldn't get to correct angle) Also suggested and I purchased a Alexa for my kitchen so I would be able to see who was at my front door. But they couldn't get it to work. My son had to do it! Brilliant job hey? Proprietor came to my door late afternoon to say he could do my service. It would cost £94. While his employee was working changing the batteries, looking in loft (around less than 5 mins in loft). Did not clean cameras. (Told not on contract). Proprietor phoned me to tell me because I have a SIM in my alarm the cost would be another £60 per year. But no way explained why. COST PER YEAR £143.00. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! Doorstepping people to get their system serviced shows how desperate this company is.

Had a problem with one of the sensors not allowing the alarm to set for the last two days, with Christmas literally here and knowing that opportunists get more active this time of year we felt vulnerable, I called PAB this morning, within 30mins Peter was at the door, he identified the issue, changed the sensor and all is now working fine. Thank you for swift response and giving me and my family peace of mind over the Christmas period.

PAB had installed the alarm in my house many years ago when the previous owners were there. When we moved in, the alarm developed an issue after about a year or 2 of us being there. I called the number on the panel which put me through to PAB. Due to age I decided to replace the alarm system and was given a few options of varying functionality and budget including WiFi enabled options. Once I decided on a replacement product, the appointment was promptly fulfilled and alarm was installed with no issues. PAB are friendly, knowledgable and reasonably priced. When I experienced a fault recently they we're really helpful over the phone and explained the fault to me to allow me to diagnose the issue. Recommended

Fantastic small business - helped us out in an emergency at 11pm for a very reasonable call out charge (considering we weren’t even customers)Will be using them for alarm maintenance moving forward

My alarm is a little old and I needed help moving a wire and keypad. The engineer was so helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
