Melanie was fantastic, I would highly recommend visiting her. This was my first time visiting a physio for a muscular sprain. Had a great appointment, Mel was really chatty. Melanie diagnosed the sprain, worked on it and my symptoms haven't re-occured in the 24 hours since, remarkably. Mel gave me some exercises to strengthen the relevant area and I've booked in another appointment also.
