Shanz Grill

We've only ordered Shanz via delivery, and everything it has come as a perfect order, nothing has been left off, and if we've asked for no salad on an item, they would do that.The flavour of the peri peri coating is spot on, probably one of the best I've come across, and it always arrives hot! The peri peri fries and the wedges are a different level!

Delicious! Never eaten in restaurant but takeaway always 10/10

If you like spicy food, then this is the destination. I don't know about the mild taste as I ordered spicy food but it was worth it

The art of Peri Peri can be a difficult one to master. Food is often left bland, under or over cooked, and food is often cold and disappointing....but NOT at Shanz Grill!I ordered the platter meal with 12 HOT chicken wings, 2 regular sides (Peri Peri fries) and a drink.When opening the foil lined bag, the steam and heat given off took me back it was RED HOT! I have never had a single delivery where food is this bloody hot!!! The grilled chicken was beautifully cooked. The seasoning was spot on, and the chilli coating left the mouth and tongue burning for more. A true pleasure to eat. Delicious taste!The Peri Peri fries were smothered in Peri Peri coating, leaving them orange all over. They were all coated top to bottom, giving a truly delicious flavoursome experience! They were not crunchy, but floppy (which I personally love by the way!) So they ticked all the boxes. They came in paper bags within the brown heavy duty paper bag, piping hot with no grease at all. Spot on fries fried to perfection.Just to try thrown Shanz off, I ordered 3 further HOT sauce dips and 2 Peri Peri mayos (many places forget extra sauces or mix them up). All were delivered as ordered, nice and hot as well to complement the food. No cold sauces with hot chips and chicken which take outs rarely get right.Overall, this is 5 stars. Red hot food, delicious fries and chicken wings to die for. I will absolutely be going back time and time again.I have been disappointed with Peri Peri many times across various parts of the UK, but Shanz Grill trump's all. I would happily go as far as saying the meal I had rates as the number 1 Peri Peri grill in the south west, even comparable to others across the UK. Well done indeed!HIGHLY recommended! Suitable for solo eating, family or parties.

Shaanz Peri Peri is hands down, the best place in all of UK to enjoy halal peri peri chicken. The chicken is cooked to perfection to a point where the meat literally falls off the bones! So tender and juicy... yummy! Their garlic and peri mayo are also the best you can find out there and go perfect with the peri fries. The staff is friendly and serving is generous and also on the more affordable side, compared to other peri peri restaurants. The best thing is the consistency in the food quality. 10/10 for me!

I've never visited this place, but I have definitely ordered take out and let it visit me.It was as pleasant as a morning breeze and kinder than the death I'm sure somebody has suffered while i made this amble footed review.Very nice chicken, excellent kebabs.No references were made to Jimmy Savile and I don't believe any creatures were harmed in the making of this critique.... Only the nasty ones.Badgers can only exist if first there is 'bad'Case rested.

Great food. And great value.

The food is ok but it’s not worth the hassle at all.1st time I ordered they delivered to the wrong address 1 hour late. I had to go to the shop and pick up a replacement.Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again - correct address this time but still an hour late (2 hours total) !!!Would’ve given 1 star but the food wasn’t actually bad

Expect some wait for food. Needs more grills for more customers
