Ward Field Farm Shop

After dropping my son off at the dentist across the road, I discovered this amazing shop by chance! The concept of the business is very close to my heart, and I think they have got everything spot on! Independent businesses like this are worth visiting - organic products, locally sourced food, and unique finds you just can't get at the supermarket - zero waste products are what we all need to be buying. I shall definitely be back, and spreading the word about this truly wonderful shop. You'll be so glad you visited - it's made me very happy! ☺️ Ps. Wonderful shop that has a fantastic selection of premium cuts of meat, spices, fresh baked goods and dairy products. It's a great initiative by the super friendly owners to be as eco-friendly as possible utilising paper bags, cardboard cartons, self dispensing shampoo and conditioner drums and glass bottles. The city of Preston would do well supporting local start ups like this as it only enhances the culture of the area as well as to the health of its future generations. Highly recommended and I'll be visiting on a weekly basis God willing!

Absolutely fantastic produce and a store that should be supported by the locals living in the Preston area. The meat counter is one of the best I have visited in a long time! The marinaded pepper chicken steak is a delicious, quick weekday meal and the organic, ethical and zero waste produce on offer is brilliant and I highly respect their ethos. This is definitely a destination store, I will be spreading the word!

I made the mistake of shopping here while passing a few years ago. Now I can't go near Preston without my wife giving me a shopping list for the farm shop! Good prices on organic produce compared to others, lovely staff.

Spontaneous find on the search for good quality meat and customer service to support with cooking a meal from my home country. They have been really supportive in finding the right meat and sizing and overall really positive experience. I'll definitely recommend and use their services for other products. They also offer a variety of other products, including bread, vegetables, and herbs, that you can all package in reusable glasses— and only take the amount you need, a fantastic concept contributing to reducing plastics.

Enjoyed the halal fresh beef burgers -straight from the farm. Very nice shop that sells authentic organic meats and produce. Definitely would go again to support this local business with ethical ideas. Zero waste!!

What an absolutely brilliant find this was. I only discovered this little gem because I was visiting the dentist across the road for my 6 month check up. Such an array of fantastic fresh produce and really unique store presentations. I bought some of the most delicious lamb sausages which I had for lunch on a crusty bap today dressed with what would be considered all the accompanying salad for a kebab and they were a real treat as were the chicken sausages I had over the weekend. I've definitely got to go back and don't be scared - for organic fresh produce it's very well priced. Staff were really helpful too. Highly recommended!

The family really enjoyed the meat. Everyone could defo taste and feel the difference between regular meat shops and the meat purchased from here. It's very very soft and cooks perfectly. It almost melts in your mouth. Second time I've come to this shop and both times the meat was amazing. Staff were also really friendly. However prices are extortionate.
