This seller is scamming me out of a refund made a big deal of me returning sets that wasn't complete yet the seller sells them separately don't make any sense business must be bad so trying to pull a fast one.If they didn't fulfill his returns policy why wouldn't you just send them back to the customer instead he's keeping the goods and the cash which is theft.Will be submitting a claim against this seller never buy again from him bad customer service.

So happy with my first order. Built a box and added to it as I found models I liked. I then reached the free shipping threshold and decided to have it sent. The box was really well packed. Each model was carefully wrapped and then the box stuffed with extra padding. Everything turned up really quick and everything was as described.No joke, I check the 'What's new' page a couple of times a day now. Really hard stopping myself from blowing my monthly hobby budget on Modelmatic stock alone haha
