Not in the habit of leaving reviews but these guys impressed me so much I thought I’d share.They put a wi-fi extender from the house onto my land over a river. The kit works brilliantly, the engineer knew his stuff, was very professional and was tidy and conscientious about the quality of what he did. 10 out of 10, thank you.

Just to say that Trusted Technology are a 5 star company to deal with.We had a number of tradesmen visit our property during the alterations and they were all excellent.Special mention about Steve who was responsible for all the electrics and installation of all the equipment. They were extremely patient with me and answered all my questions whilst reassuring me that everything would work just as I wanted. I received a free survey and had my quote back in a couple of days, the engineer was then booked who arrived on time and knew exactly what he was doing. Fantastic job.Design to reality, supported every step of the way.Great advice on kit selection with a team dedicated to doing the absolute best job they could for us.Deep knowledge of home cinema setups and all the possible kit options.Superb execution - 6 ceiling mounted speakers (2 surround & 4 dolby atmos), left and right front hidden in custom made shelving, center under the 65inch LG OLED.They have strong partners - Richer Sounds Nottingham & West Bridgford Joinery to provide a complete service.A stack of kit rack mounted and LAN connected through a Cisco switch, all driven with Alexa and Harmony Elite.Every step of the way, hidden away, best connections possible, care to get it right for us and happy to share knowledge at every turn.Turned it on, put in our first 4k DVD (BBC Seven Worlds, One planet) and got BLOWN away completely.Everything I hoped for and then even more.Could not be happier to recommend a great team with real strength in depth through everyone who contributed from initial visits, to full on Nerd" design (without talking down to us at any point) and into final install and setup.Everyone driven to get it right and listen to what we wanted and get the best we could afford.Fire

Top guys, really know their stuff. Especially if you want full smart home automation such as Control4. They were even happy to help configure other peoples work who had been in before to get my Cinema all hooked up to the new kit. They've added a new heading control system, electric gate camera and a host of other cool gadgets I can now control from my phone, the only problem is now I know what else these guys can do its where do I stop!

Started off great 1st impressions - the owner Andy visited my house when he said he would, he was professional, friendly & honest. At this point I could not fault Trusted to be honest.But this is where the positive ended....I had to keep chasing up a breakdown of the quote which to this day almost 4 months later I have never received - communication was extremely poor which is not what you expect with an almost £3k quotation and all the positive reviews on here. Excuse after excuse why they had been off sick, on holiday, told to ring up so I called and then asked to send an email which I did then they pretend they don't know what my query is about. As the customer I had to keep chasing, most the time no response whatsoever. It definitely makes you worry if they can't provide a basic response on time, can you rely on them to turn up to do the works when they say they will??Unfair for me to comment on workmanship, as due to the high quotation we decided we could get the same work done at a fraction of the price. Around a third of the Trusted quote to be precise and I'm really happy with my decision as we can now afford an extra holiday with the money we have saved plus an additional sub for my Bose Lifestyle system.I'm sure it's not dodgy by looking at all the happy customers on here but there's something not right about (i) not providing a transparent breakdown of costs which is what I was continually requesting and (ii) requesting payment up front. I will never pay for works up front unless it someone I have used previously and can trust. Just think if the company went into administration - you've lost all your money!Just looks like they're out their to rip you off. Save your money and treat yourself to that extra holiday! (Or two!).

I initially contacted them using their own web contact us form. I did get a response and was told that the person whom would be able to answer my question was out on holiday and they would contact me the following week. I waited for a further two weeks before reaching out to them again over the phone. At this point I booked an appointment for the following Tuesday and was told that the engineer would reach out to me on the day to confirm the time. The Tuesday came and went with no contact, I then tried to call over a period of three days which the number would not connect. Tried their web portal again and no response, makes me wonder how much trade they are losing purely down to poor communication and tracking of calls. I will look elsewhere for a resolution to my issue.
