Walked onto the forecourt, no hassling by the sales staff, very friendly. Spent a short while looking around, spotted a 1 series in metallic grey.Spoke to Steve who let me take it for a drive. An hour later the car was mine....Finance sorted in no time at all. Lovely car, low mileage, and a good price. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent professional service and quality vehicles. No hassle at all and a very easy p/x transaction. Bought a car in January and realised now the weather is warmer the A/C wasn't working. Phoned them up and no questions at all said bring it in whenever you're passing. Popped in and it was sorted straight away. Can't rate them highly ebough. Will almost certainly be getting my wife's next car from here too.

Wat a joke of a garage. Rob is nothing but a liar full of rubbish, doesn't care just keeps saying sorry all the time the mot place he use is a con. Passed a 2015 car with knackered top mounts and no washers working HOW does it pass??? Gareth was so helpful felt sorry for him having to deal with the rubbish Rob gave me i double check wen u buy a car from there nothing but hastle . Car was returned as was not good and still needs work doing to is even though it's back up for sale. Be cautious

Amazing customer service! Nothing was never too much trouble for the staff, car was clean when picked up with all documents, no problems with the car at all! Would definitely be back to purchase another car if needed.

I bought a used car from here, service was excellent. I then had a problem about a month later and had to get RAC to recover my car to Llandudno Junction Car Centre as it was still under warranty with them. Gareth could not have been more helpful, he sorted out a loan car while mine went in for repairs, he covered the recovery fees from Liverpool as I only had breakdown assist with the RAC. I needed a new gearbox as a fault had developed and was unrepairable, no fault of the dealer, these things can happen with used cars. They sent it off and had the work done at considerable cost to the dealer. I am very happy and grateful with how the whole process was conducted and would not hesitate to recommend this dealer, in fact I have done so with friends and colleagues.

Brought my first car from here. I had issues right from the start, the car wasn't ready when they said it would be despite giving them two extra days. Wasn't told this so made the journey to pick it up and only to find once I was there that it wasn't ready.I was told when I paid for the car that it would get a full service, I never got any prof of this (service record book not stamped).The clutch was so high it was near impossible to drive (after been told several times that it dives really well, and I wasn't given the option of a test drive either). I ended up getting it fixed by another garage as when I called inquiring about it and the warranty, the person I spoke to knew nothing about it and told me they would get someone to call back, no one ever did.The worst thing by far though was that after waiting three months for my log book to arrive and after contacting the DVLA I was told that the car wasn't even registered to me! When I then called to ask about this, I was told they have no record of me or the car, then being told I had a completely different car and asked are you sure?" like I wouldn't know what car I have. It was finally sent off after many backs and forwards phone calls. After four months of owning the car
