Well chosen selection of mother of the bride " and occasion wear. There were understated and elegant dresses and jackets with lovely detail....even trouser suits. The occasion wear was interestingly cut and vibrant. Having a model present at the time to show the outfits to their full effect was amazing. Together with the hats they were stunning. Really impressed!"

Beautiful “occasion outfits” , thoughtfully selected. Very relaxed shopping experience and really helpful supportive discussions about the various possible outfits I could choose from and impartial advice as to what worked. Instagram pages are also really helpful with “real life” models showing the clothes. All round a fab experience, I have recommended to a couple of friends already.

Attended the launch of Lady M last week. The dresses and hats were artfully displayed to create a fabulous fresh collection. Having a selection of the dresses modelled brought the outfits to life particularly the fabulous patterned maxi dresses. Looking forward to my appointment to find my dream outfit for the races.

What a find! Sue really understood what I was looking for and provided an excellent service from start to finish. Great to have such quality occasion ware in East Sussex without the hassle of trains or parking so took the stress out of getting the perfect outfit. Thank you :)

I recently had a very enjoyable appointment with Sue at her very well stocked dress and hat shop. I was looking for an outfit for my daughter’s wedding. Sue was very helpful, experienced and efficient , I tried on many dresses and hats , which helped me towards deciding on the style and colours that suited me.

Sue had already put aside some outfits that she would thought would be suitable obviously having read and thought about what I had written when I booked my appointment. Very comfortable shop and refreshments offered were very welcome as it was such a hot day. Unfortunately nothing for me that day however I would not hesitate in recommending Lady M to everyone looking for that special outfit.

My mother and I recently visited Lady M for a mother of the bride look for my wedding. Sue went out of her way to make myself and my mum feel comfortable. When we arrived Sue had already prepared some choices based off the few details we'd given her so it really was like a personal shopping experience. A beautiful shop with a variety of designers and styles. My mum left very happy with a lovely dress and of course a big hat that matched perfectly. I can't wait to share photos from our day. I found Lady M on a google search as unlike a lot of people I like to see what I am buying. A lovely boutique with some beautiful dresses. Sue was so helpful in helping me choose an outfit, it was not what I started off wanting to buy but its amazing and I even came away with a hat, something I didn't even intend to buy either. Definitely worth visiting for that special event.
