Shocking service to an elderly Neighbor. Initially to fix some old guttering, but still not fixed and water is still cascading down the windows after spending £1500. They have promised to come back 6 times and never shown up. After being told that they would feature in a Facebook post highlighting their shocking treatment of the elderly occupant, they made the occupant scared of repercussions.Shocking company, avoid at all costs.

Really bad experience. Had them over twice to resolve a roof issue they said the initial was under warranty 2 years later it’s leaking now again after the second and £14,000 it’s still a problem avoid them like the PLAGUE.
