The passport pictures were excellent but I ordered keys for my motorbike and was never called as promised: they had to order the blank keys as it's not a common key and that's OK. What is not is to say 'we'll call you when they're in and don't forget to bring your key and never hear back from them."

Absolutely fantastic service from a very friendly guy and I'm amazed at how new my boots look after the heels were replaced. Amazing job! Puts your faith back into repairing things rather than throwing them out!
