when you see that you are a tourist, they impose a size that doesn't fit you so they can get rid of it, even if you tell yourself that it doesn't fit you, they assure you that they understand it more than you do

The shop is cosy and designed with taste. The second floor is particularly impressive, offering a great view on the grassmarket street below.As per the products, you'll find skirts, pants, suits, jackets and jumpsuits in OUTSTANDING quality linen and tweed.Sales staff is mindful and really helps for the fitting/sizing.Great quality to price ratio for tweed skirts.Recommend!

Was in the store to look for a suit. Walker Slater is one of the very few, and maybe the only shop in Edinburgh that has 3 piece suits for women. Suits look amazing and are of great quality. Also had great service from Maya who really took her time to help me find the right fit and gave good advice on colours etc.

I went there just to have a look at the lovely wool items they have. Maya ( did I get the name right?) was really nice and helpful find the right size ans color. They didn't had my size in the shop at the moment but she wrote it down so I could order it online.I still bought some smaller items ans they kept my warm and stylish so far.

Very cute little shop for women's clothing. We went here to look for a coat for my girlfriend and she found one she absolutely loved super quickly. Very friendly staff trying to assist in any way possible. Clothes are very classically styled and elegant. Prices are fair for the quality I think.They also offer to make alterations if needed. Would recommend checking it out!

I bought a lovely coat here and just had it repaired after many years of wearing it. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and be I know now that I will get my next coat there. Love this shop a lot.

Beautiful lady wear shop! Love all their color and style of suits for women. All about suits, jacket and local fabric. They carry very little small size.Should check out:- their hat selection.- special in long skirt- upstair shop- their blouses are super nice too

Love love love this store! Sometimes it can be challenging to find all of the sizes in stock, but their clothes are gorgeous and I love the skirt and waistcoat I purchased. Very high quality and well-tailored clothes.
