I have used Graham & Co several times now and each time the service has been excellent. Greg has come up with designs and helped me with my choices in a thoughtful professional manner. You never feel rushed or pushed into making an immediate decision. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

There were some delays regarding rings I had left for redesign - I then opted to have a repair done instead- due to family bereavement at the shop, this was put back a bit longer. This was not a problem - understood the circumstances. I was very shocked to get a phone call a few days before Xmas to say my ring was ready and there would be no charge because of delay!I did not have time to collect this as would not be in Farnham until new year - my ring was promptly delivered to my door by a very friendly member of staff as she lived near me ?! It was lovely to see my old engagement ring back to its former glory- beautifully repaired - looked brand new . To say I was delighted was an understatement. I had seen a ring in Graham & Co's window a week ago and wanted to purchase but then found it had been sold. On enquiring, the team were extremely helpful in ordering me another one without question. This jewellers, whilst small, offers a beautiful range of pieces and are clearly on hand to assist with any additional needs and requests.

Around 10 years ago, my nan came to Graham & Co to melt down 3 rings, including her own wedding ring, her late husband's and her late mother's to create a bespoke piece for herself.When she died in 2021, I was fortunate enough to be left it. I came back to Graham & Co to get it resized. Amazing service and he even remembered my Nan's ring! I felt happy leaving it with them and they even left me the extra gold that was removed to keep. We went to Graham & Co to assist with getting a wedding ring made smaller for my father in law who was in a care home. The customer service from Graham's was exceptional. They supplied us with measures that we could use ourselves in the care home and, when we had the size, they made the adjustments necessary while we waited. They were welcoming, friendly, sympathetic and professional. I can't rate them highly enough.
