Nice hut area to ride around and try bikes, staff are friendly and help to try bikes although did take a while to get assistance but my first time going in was nice.When I went the next day to collect my bike, It was retrieved but not much explanation on the features of the bike nor many checks were carried out. all the booklet boxes were ticked but none of the adjustments were made to suit my needs except the seat which was very quickly checked.It was my first time buying a bike and haven't rode in a long time so more information, recommendations and a little more care to customers needs would have went a long way.

Staff very helpful good social distancing approach in store. In the past few months click and collect through the website has worked well. Never had any issues and recently being able to shop in the branch has gone well. Reasonable prices for car detailing products.

DAMAGED CAR AND DELETED DASHCAM FOOTAGEWent to halfords Sutton Coldfield autocentre to get a front wheel alignment..I dropped the car off and got a call back saying they can't do a front wheel alignment it needs all 4 and new track rods. After them trying to upsell me from a £30 front wheel alignment to a £320 repair which was not needed.....They come back to me and say they arent going to do the work now....Not only have they not done the work they have damaged my car. Deleted my dash cam footage of them doing so and now are claiming it was me...I have raised a complaint and asked for the damage to be paid by Halfords and they have come back saying they have no evidence that they done it....of cause because it was DELETED.

went in to bike check my Carrera kraken and the staff was very helpful. was expecting for it to need a service, but the lad working there was honest and sorted the few issues out there and then at no extra cost. bike section of shop consists of a whole floor. good social distancing measures.

Couldn't ask for better service. Had a fair few issues with my car which resulted in visiting 3 times within 3 months due to different problems and an old car. Everytime the car was repaired and back on the road within 24 hours. The guy on the front desk went out his way to assist, was very informative and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Staff was always very helpful and they are very efficient: changed a punctured tire in less than 5 minutes.Special thanks to Steve who will not hesitate to stay over the closing time to fix your bike.

I am very dissatisfied with their customer service. Yesterday I left my bike for wheel to straighten . It was 2 o'clock pm and there was no other client. Technician was cleaning his workplace. There was nothing on the stand. I asked him: Can you fix my rear tire? He said yes. I'll save you and we'll fix it. I asked: Now? No, she'll be ready by tomorrow afternoon. I'm ok. Today around 4:30 I came to pick it up, I assumed it would be ready but it wasn't. I asked the technician boy. Why isn't it ready, not even started? And I told him to give it back to me and I will give it to another more reliable service. And I will complain to the manager. He replied: Ok, the manager is a my brother.I told him that they would lose me as a customer and we have 10 bicycles. They don't care if they work or not, in this situation of a pandemic with unemployed people. Don't waste your time with them! Just go to your local small business shop and help them as a client! Halfords have no idea how to run a business and look after clients!Let me answer to you. Why do you want to contact you? My bike was fixed on the next day. Just find better service then yours. Someone respecting his clients. He knows you and said, you are not busy and will close this shop - Sutton Coldfield, because is very quiet. Probably that is the reason the customers service to be so poor! No one smile, no one care if you going to buy or not. There are so many people with no job now, because of covid. Your people will fallow them, because of low customer service you do and expensive prices. This is not first bad experience, there several. I don't want to explain all of cases. Should be more pages. I see on years you closing shop by shop. You should fix your weakness.

Excellent enthusiastic service. Staff I encountered were very knowledgeable. Probably best to view larger items such as bikes etc online as range in store is limited. Can’t hold this against them though to the COVID-19 situation.

So not long ago, my bike chain snapped and it needed replacing so i waited 20 min to be served and i get told they can't keep bikes overnight which is new to me. so i come back a few days later asking for a new chain to be put on (another 20 min queue) and he said ok it will be done in 3 days. So i go back 3 days later in another queue and guess what, no chain on the bike still. The service is horrible and the guy at the till looks like he doesn't want to be there and he couldn't care less until one guy told the bike technician to fix my bike so i had to wait another 30 min to get my bike done. Absolute joke. All credit to the man who told the technician to fix it because if he wasn't there i guarantee he wouldn't have done it.

Even after a lengthy wait for my stereo due to Covid restrictions & supply company furloughing its staff I can honestly say the staff were very helpful throughout, plus a very professional instal by Karim. This is why I always come to Halfords.
