Tech Trucks-Recovery

Really friendly guys, got me, my daughter and my van home after we broke down and were let down by another recovery business. Went out of their way to get us home as quick as possible from South to North Wales. Very grateful for their help!

My partner's vehicle was stolen and recovered by this company. Incredibly unhelpful every step of the way. We received a letter asking us to collect the belongings left in the car and after making a 1hr and 45 minute trip to the yard we were told we would have to come between 9 and 4. Despite this not being on the letter an incredibly rude and disrespectful woman continued to argue with us. Now we have to make another trip to the yard to collect our things on Friday.Would do everything in my power to avoid.

Excellent recovery service, they collected my motorbike after I’d had a puncture, it was loaded onto there lorry with care taken when strapping it down . Friendly careful driver bought me home safe so couldn’t ask for more.

My insurance company arranged for these guys to recover my car after I was very badly let down by the RAC. They came out quickly, arriving exactly when they said they would. The recovery vehicle driver recovered my car with the minimum fuss and maximum helpfulness and courtesy. Cannot fault the service.

These guys went above and beyond when my engine cut out and car died whilst on holiday in Hereford. They got me to my accommodation for the evening then all the way back to my garage back home the next day. Both recovery drivers and office team were friendly and professional throughout - I would 100% recommend this company!

Called to chase up a planned recovery as the RAC could not provide me with an ETA. The individual I spoke to was extremely rude, I explained the RAC had been unable to provide me with an ETA but they had been little help previously and I explained I was told I would receive a call to confirm the ETA. The individual on the end of the phone said well it’s been done and we don’t have to call you to let you know. HELPFUL. I explained the reason for me call again, he was rude and said well it’s been done. When I contacted my local garage that it was recovered to they had been told that the car had been abandoned and they were told to bring it to them, completely not the case. If you can get past the bad attitude and poor customer service with these good luck!

My vehicle was taken here after a serious traffic accident - I believe they have the contract with the police. I'd give 1 star out of 5 for customer service on the phone due to them being unhelpful, uncompassionate and unorganised, but they did get a little bit better when I visited to pick up my things. I would suggest some training in how to deal with people suffering from stress and grief, especially as that's probably most of the people they deal with in the vehicle recovery business.
