Great experience overall at 64 Computers, I would highly recommend this service.I dropped off my macbook in the morning, and within 4/5 hours the problem had been diagnosed and fixed. When I got my laptop back it was as good as new and for a very reasonable price.I was really happy overall with the service, and the people are very competent and friendly.Had a flight the following morning - I don't think you could get such efficiency anywhere else!

Just went to do my first Evri amazon return and hadn't a clue what to do. The 2 staff in the shop ran me through the process and watched as I processed my two returns. It was a wonderful and helpful experience. Definitely recommend this shop.

The owners / workers here do not understand customer service. I have regularly been here over the last few years to drop off and collect parcels because it’s my local shop. I absolutely DREAD going in there every time. They have the worst, stinking attitude possible, they greet you with a miserable face like you are here to trouble them. You would think they would learn but clearly not. Family run shop with toxic attitude from the very top.

A small family Business.The two men that work behind the counter are both friendly and patient. Yet they are complete sales men. Full of chat to do their best to receive your money. The prices is High yet I leave you to judge for yourself.They claim to be Apple certified. However when I brought my Mac in to see them, they charged me £15 to look at it. This did not take them long. (An hour Max.) When I came back they told be it was a Hard Drive Issue and the price. I was unwilling to pay what they said so I took it away again. However they kept me waiting for over 40 minutes to get my Computer back. ' there are lots of screws I was told. In my view they were unhappy I was taking my Mac and wanted to keep me waiting.Before leaving the store I made sure they were 100% sure what the problem was. "Definitely the Hard Drive." Yet after replacing the HD I was to only find out a week later ( by bringing it to an Apple Store) it was the Flux Cable. Apple replaced this for Free. And I saved myself over £140 by NOT allowing 64 computers to work on my Mac.This store may or may not be out to help you. My experience was a mixture of rude and polite. Of misinformation and time wasted.My issue was simple to fix if you know what your doing and to me it seemed they didn't. However I am out to be wrong!Good Luck."

I went to repair my laptop which it was very broken.I'm very happy with the service. I got my laptop fixed for a very good price and it looks like new now.I highly recommended 64Computer Ltd if you need help with your laptop.

I highly recommend! My iphone screen was completely cracked and for only 30 pounds they fixed it for me in only 20 minutes. My phone now works perfectly. It was quick, a lot cheaper than other places where I had gone to fix my phone previously and the staff was super friendly.I will definitely be going back in the future!

I've used their services a few times for parcel collection and returns.I agree that the service and opening times could be improved. However the shop is very handy for UPS and Hermes returns where they offer label services. I am happy to forego some of the issues for the convenience the shop provides

I’d love to give a higher rating but I came here twice at different occasions and it was closed during their ‘open’ times. It’s just unreliable then. Apart from that it seems like a nice shop.
