I am a deliveroo rider. One of the morrisons staff was rude to me when I went to pick up a deliveroo order. I understand I made a mistake as I took my bike in the store. The reason I did this is because I saw the order ready, so all I wanted to do is quick pick it up. However, she spoke very rudely, she could have politely told me to lock my bike outside and then pick up my order. But the way she spoke to me was like she was shouting angrily at me. I asked her why didn't she speak politely to me. The answer she said was unbelievable she said many of the delivery riders show bad behaviour towards her. Due to this she shows bad behaviour to the delivery riders. I did ask her why was she rude to me because I was not rude or showed any bad behaviour towards her. I asked her why was she comparing me to others she did not respond. I accept I made a mistake but this does not mean I should be shouted at. The way she behaved towards me it seems she had no respect or manners and classed as racist. From what I know as a delivery rider, delivery riders wherever we pick up our order whether restaurant or shop we do not show bad behaviour. I do not know her name but she has blonde hair and had tattoos on her hand.

4 stars for one simple - but important reason. You can buy loose vegetables avoiding waste and overspending. Bulk vegetables wrapped in plastic should be outlawed for the damage to the environment and pocket caused!

Seems to always keep just a nose ahead of the competition on price even in the UK's highly competitive grocery market. Comparatively very good value, you usually get more for your money here than at rivals except maybe Lidl Aldi etc. But unlike the discounters, Morrisons still offer the full experience of a regular supermarket ie well stacked shelves, predictable items each visit, a full selection of familiar brands as well as own brand products.Morrisons stores' signature specialties are their freshly baked treats, cakes and pastries etc, and also their dedicated fishmongers. This one is also particularly good for its selection of free-from" items."

Helpful staff, great selection of baked goods it's like a wonderland for unhealthy treats. Good selection of fresh produce and shelves stocked up. Relatively clean interior and good selection of world foods. There are usually always queues for the checkout, but that can't be helped it's a busy store.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Manoj who helped me with a complicated situation. The Machiene swallowed £10 cash and it didn't register, he helped me get the money back. He was very understanding and kind.

Not bad stocked shop, sometimes I can’t find basics. Generally recommended for daily shopping. Also be aware of parking charges and get the coupon to discount at the check out

Last week I spent 6 pounds to buy some chicken legs, when I swiped my card, the salesman told me that the payment was not successful, so I swiped my card again. But when I got home, I found that I had received 2 payment vouchers, which means that I paid twice. When I went to the help desk, they told me I would have to wait three days to check their collection records. When I went in today their manager refused to check their collection records and lied to me that the money would be automatically returned to my account in a month or so. It is a small amount of money, but I hate their service attitude, they will just keep pushing away and not help you solve the problem, even if it is not your fault.
