I'm a new dog owner and Barney can be a bit of a handful but Lorraine was relaxed, super friendly, kind and professional.We were worried about leaving him (he gets anxious around new people and other dogs) but Lorraine said it'd be fine.Less than 2 hours later, we picked up a different looking dog. He smelt lovely and looked so smart! Lorraine said he'd been no trouble and she'd enjoyed having him. Easy, affordable and fuss free!Will surely be back!!! Amy (Barney's mum)
