Great nail salon and super friendly staff.

This is the best nail shop! I have moved 45 minutes away and still travel here to get my nails done. Jess and John are my favs but all are great! Can't recommend enough!

First time here and love my nails so much, they were on such a bad condition and now they are lovley, Staff are also really nice,will definitely be coming back here.

I recently visited Prim & Polished for nail services and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Despite having an appointment, I was left waiting for over 40 minutes in cold water, which was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, when I expressed my concerns about the quality of the nails, I was told that there was nothing that could be done to improve them.Overall, I was disappointed with the service I received at Prim & Polished and unfortunately, I will not be returning. While I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, I feel that the staff could have done more to make my visit more comfortable and enjoyable.I hope that this review will serve as constructive feedback for Prim & Polished and that they will take steps to improve their service and address the concerns of their clients in the future.

I am a regular customer here. I go every 2 weeks for SNS and 4 weeks for full gel pedicure. Jess the owner is lovely, as is everyone else. They have a laugh with their clients and make you feel instantly welcome. The review from 'anon anon' should be ignored. The amount of colours on SNS, Gelish, shellac and standard paints are crazy! So much choice! Their skills are amazing. Just taking in a pattern they will copy it. They also do the 'chrome technique' powders. The prices are slightly higher but so is the skill set. I will pay for quality and I certainly do at P&P. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Went there this evening to have my nails done for my birthday. Went with my sister, sister-in-law and 6 year old niece. All adult nails fine, had an enjoyable experience. We had SNS nails and shellac toes. My niece had shellac toes and nails done. My 6 year old niece was charged £60...the same price as our nails. It doesn’t seem right to me, and won’t be going back. Shame really, but they seem so money grabbing to charge that much for my niece who’s nails are half the size of ours.

Disappointed...been here before & treatment was good. But not today ☹️☹️Booked for manicure/shellac for special occasion.Unfortnately, the technician I saw today made my fingers bleed whilst having the manicure. He took off too much skin around my nails. He was apologetic but my fingers were bleeding, stinging & sore so i left without shellac. Too painful, very disappointed. Awaiting a call back from Manager.I won't be returning.

Everyone is so nice and friendly there. I ask for a manicure as well as powder. Although they had other apointments and I was a walk in without an appointment. She took her time to do nice manicure. I never felt rushed like other places. Excelent nails great service.

I literally have just got home, I have never been embarressed in a nail shop before! I was seen by the mother, she obviously couldn’t be bothered, my nails ended up lumpy, I nicely asked her if she could file them down, and that’s when she starting huffing, she then cut my little finger, when I told her she ignored it. After she turns to her daughter with my hand and said “can you check look no lumps or cuts” and stood up, when I said there was, she said “it’s not evening bleeding” and walked off, customers heard. She left me sat there, but came back to take the money I left on the table. I left before I could wash my hands, as I felt humiliated. I cannot believe I spent £30 on this absolutely terrible customer service and nails. As I am paying I expect to be able to say if there is something wrong without being made to feel uncomfortable. It was my first time there, and I will not be going back. I hope no one else experiences this. I now have horrid nails for my holiday.

Great service as always and I’m really loving my nails! This is a squared file with a flattering shade of red (No.42). SNS was used on my nails. Recommend always the nail & beauty salon. Nails never chip on my hands and last for 3-4 weeks.
