Needed a wetsuit for my daughter. Great advice, friendly service and good quality product. Staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful whenever we have visited. First place we go to when in Plymouth.

I came in to find some appropriate gloves needing some advice - was greeted with a smile and was given some great technical advice in selecting the right item to purchase. Although I had been looked online it was a great experience to get the help face to face I needed. Friendly non pushy help with a great range - will certainly come in again.

I found one of the staff seemed to find it hard to be helpful, I asked him a question about alternative solutions and his reply was, that's what we've got and promptly waked off. This was regarding a safety critical fixing on my boat. The other staff were however very good.I am adding here that after reading other reviews there are 2 types responses, very good and bad. I am again needing parts for my boat and will be servicing both engines soon. Unfortunately I will look elsewhere first which is not great for your store.

Fab shop. My go to chandlery as the staff are knowledgable and super super helpful. I have brought various busted bits and they always provide great advice and options.

Very helpful and friendly staff who are knowledgeable in their subject. Prices are decent (for a chandler) and their returns policy is great if you ever need it. I might sometimes shop around online for the best price, but usually its Force4 and if I ever need to nip for something, its always Force4.

Went in for help selecting appropriate ropes, left empty handed. The person behind the counter literally refused to help and appeared to be disgusted that I had asked for help in the first place. Spoke to me in a tone that was dismissive and aggressive. Really weird experience, I thought I had walked into some kind of Monty Python sketch. I went around the corner to Marine Bazaar and they were willing to supply me with everything I needed.

Went in to spend hundreds of pounds on chandlery, stepped in dog poo, inside the store, as staff had their dogs running loose in the shop, staff laughed it off as the dogs just being puppies and suggested there was grass outside I could clean my shoes off on. No apology or concern, just laughed it off. Far from impressed.
