Rang twice and requested prices - not interested! Submitted my details twice online - no reply! I wished our business got to this rate of success so customers didn’t matter, (but they alway will to us!)

Spot on, turned up greeted by Derek, placed on a bay unloaded 24plts in 33mins. Sometimes they are busy and if its frozen can take a while but i couldnt fault them

Quickly unloaded bit they split a bag while removing palletts then rejected said pallett always the same when removing palletts from rear that were side loaded with bagged items on.

Company refuses access to the staff canteen for visiting drivers delivering goods. You’re welcome to the dregs in the water container. Make sure you bring your own food & water. Disgusting treatment.Challenge 20 goes out the window here as well..sat on bay 40 minutes with freezer off full of what was frozen butter…not exactly the ‘key ingredient’ on protocol

Absolute joke of a company and they have no sense at all. Leaving massive amounts of stock outside physically cannot understand why they just cant put it inside, asked them just to bring the pallet in not even inside but just so it's not left outside and I just got a whole load of abuse. So angry and absolutely fuming never recieve any good service from this company

They're in over their heads. Bunch of of boors in goods in office, or maybe my foreigin" accent didn't fit in?? I hope that I will never ever have to deliver to this sad place again."

Let down constantly by Bako, very disappointing- Firstly our account was placed on hold for the reasons of unpaid invoices, which we never received, or had been paid. I accept that these things happen, however this has happened 3 times in 5 months leaving us without vital raw materials. Not only this but we were only informed of this at the time of order.- Secondly , our rep left the company without us being given a new one, leaving us without a point of contact.- Thirdly the drivers have left our order at alternative addresses several times (in hours of business) rather than dropping off 2 deliveries on the same small industrial estate. Not only was this done, we were not informed that the order was left at an alternative address.
