Honestly I've never had such a positive experience at a hairdressers before. Hope trimmed my hair for me and listened to everything I said and solved every issue with no trouble, she was very talkative and was so easy to get along with and it completely distracted me from how anxious I felt. She gave pleanty of feedback on how to handle my hair and what I should do in order to have it the way I like it and was overall so helpful and so kind. She did exactly and I was overall satisfied with the outcome. Highly reccomend this place such a welcoming environment

Just had my hair cut by Olga and I can honestly say it's the first time I have walked out of a hairdressers and felt really happy in a long time. Thank you Olga, its just what I wanted. Lovely lady and fantastic haordresser

Lovely atmosphere, Tracey really knows her job well. Very professional both before, during and after treatments. Convenient on Newport High Street. Only minus was the time to get an appointment but this is because she is so popular.

Awful experience, hair was treated so roughly by a very rude stylist. Haircut itself was okay but the whole experience was not. Hairstylist just kept talking to other stylists throughout my hair cut, except for is this length ok" and "bye"
