My floor was prepared, cleaned pre fitting - a service which you can request if you have post builders floor.We love our Carpet, floating on air and this is the second time he fitted carpet for us.So pleased to have good quality carpet shop at affordable price locally. Unprofessional and unreliable.The fitters missed our original appointment, we then rescheduled for the following week in the morning, but they arrived at 5pm instead. As they arrived so late, the carpet cutting and fitting was rushed, resulting in a very poor end product.I had to insist they refit several stairs that were poorly fitted. Also, they cut the carpet out in the road while it was raining, which was a questionable decision since it made the carpet wet and dirty.The final touch was that the fitter promised to take the leftover carpet with him when he was finished, but instead decided to dump it in our recycling bin on his way out. Disrespectful.

Stopped in to order a carpet for a local customer - the people in the store were super helpful and gave good advice on the range of carpets available. The carpet fitting was especially good, with great care and detail being paid to the fitting around the curved bottom step. I was very impressed and pleased with the results and the whole process.

I went to this establishment around 15 years ago. I was just passing by & decided to enquire about having my flat carpeted. The 2 men working in the shop at the time seemed un communicative, cold and didn’t seem to want my custom. Fast forward to several weeks ago, I returned to the shop. I thought perhaps as an older woman, maybe they’d take my new enquiry (much larger property!) seriously? Sadly not. When I walked in, I asked them if they could come to my house to give me a quote, to have my home re floored. They took my number and name and said they’d call me tomorrow. No one called. Either this shop doesn’t like doing business with WOMEN, PEOPLE OF COLOUR, or they are extremely forgetful! I won’t return.

After taking full payment they came to fit the carpet 6 days after the originally scheduled date. Scheduled for a Saturday and no show. Rescheduled for Monday, then Tuesday and then finally turned up when rescheduled for thursday. Even then they were missing one item as apparently had not arrived yet and said will be done in 1 to two days. Completed job 7 days later! When I showed him something that I was disappointed with Sami denied that there were any gaps which you can see in the photos. I have 36 stairs in my home and later stated that this is because of the skirting even though the stair directly above or below which has the exact same skirting is perfectly fine. There are gaps like these on 15 of my 36 stairs. However Sami did say if it ever does come off I know where the shop is. Good to know otherwise this review would have been 1 star. Thanks Sami

I paid for vinyl flooring for 2 bathrooms in mid-August, Sami stopped picking up my calls and returning my messages, I had to physically go to his shop multiple times to remind them my order still hadn’t been installed. They finally came to install 6 weeks later and installed the wrong vinyl in my bathrooms (wrong way around). I am at wits end going back and forth to Sami’s shop to get this fixed. Sami is still not contactable, there is now another man at the shop.

Sami and his colleague were both great. They were very helpful and did an excellent job. The carpet looks great, the fitting is very professional and the price was totally reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Very pleased with the service provided. This is an excellent carpet shop, great prices and value for money. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend.
