Visited the pub a few times. Really nice atmosphere, very clean inside. They have a big garden, which is great in the summer. We had a burger the other day and it was ok but I did love halloumi fries.

First time. Tastefully decorated. Felt like a high end pub. Lots of choice of drinks, spirits especially. Liked the snug area. Lovely long comfy sofas. Strange that there was no mirror in the toilet? Never come across that before. The pub offers themed nights which we might return to try out.

Fantastic service, lovely atmosphere, great food. The restaurant area is good for families including older folk as no loud music blaring . Pricing is reasonable too.

Went for Sunday lunch (although nobody in the party had roast meat so can't comment on that) but the vegan Wellington, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese and veggies were all great. Kids enjoyed their meals too. Decent beers on tap, reasonable prices, good service. Won't hesitate to visit again.

What a massive difference! someone with a little effort can turn a rock into a diamond. This pub it light and bright now, good outside space. Lovely food and drink selection and have great nights planned like a mo they drag act. All are welcome. Nothing like the place it was before. Bravo!!!

Really lovely local boozer :-) The interior and garden have both been refurbed really thoughtfully, and now there's a big restaurant area out the back too. We've been in a handful of times and it's always got a really nice, buzzy atmosphere. We've tried a few things off the menu and the olives and focaccia fell a bit short, just because they were both pretty small for the price unfortunately. However the burgers on the main menu were REALLY good (both the vegan and the meat version). The chips were really well cooked and seasoned too, my only small gripe would be that it would've been nice to have a bit of green (like a small bit of salad) on the plate.Dogs are allowed in the bar but not the restaurant, but you're allowed to order from the restaurant menu and eat in the bar if you have a dog with you.

The food was fabulous and the bar staff were friendly. Nice and clean with quite a bit of space. Even had board games on the shelves that you could play

Newly renovated and re-opened under completely new ownership.Modern, stylish and warm.A million miles away from the curry and pint type of offering of old.The area has been crying out for something like this! Good luck to all involved!Restaurant and new kitchen currently being built so definitely looking forward to that!
