Physioflexx Ayrshire (Stewarton)
I needed to strengthen up my shoulder and back but was fearful of hurting myself more. I found the strength and conditioning class at physioflexx which is physio led and designed to work different parts of your body. This has made a massive difference to my shoulder strength and mobility and I would highly recommend the class to anyone looking to get back into exercise after injury.

I have seen Ryan at physioflexx for a few appts now and it has made a difference to the shoulder pain I've been experiencing. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He takes my love for training at the gym in to account and alters what I do so I can continue to train.

I was treated by Beinn for a knee injury before I headed off on a cycle challenge. Only needed two appointments and the swelling disappeared. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Physioflexx again. First class service.

I needed some help to recover from an injured wrist that seemed to be taking a long time to recover after a fall.The guys at Physioflexx were able off advice around exercises to do at home as well as hands on treatment during my appointments.I would have no hesitation in using them again should the need arise.

Great experience at Physioflexx, staff are all lovely, helpful and most importantly, very knowledgable! My physio, Ryan, helped ease pain from current injuries with treatment including massage and acupuncture (which was a game changer), helping me run easier and better than I had in months. Exercises, to do in-between sessions, massively helped in prevention of further damage and helped reduce imbalances between my legs. Great selection of classes available too, to help keep you strong and reduce risk of injury.

I have had a really positive experience attending Physioflexx. I attended due to having sore heads and wanted to try acupuncture. Samar was fantastic and everything she done really helped, whether it be physio, exercises or acupuncture. It kept my headaches at bay and I felt so much better. I then had a session with Jennifer who was fantastic also. She really went into great detail when explaining why I was in pain and how to help it. Overall, I was looked after well and everyone at Physioflexx is so friendly and make you feel at ease from the minute you walk through the door. I can't recommend Physioflexx enough. Physioflexx clinic helped me with my plantar fasciitis using combination of shockwave therapy and exercise which was very successful. My physio was Beinn who is very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail throughout the process. Generally lovely practice, nice people, good chat with Iain on reception whilst waiting for the treatment. I would definitely come back if needed in the future.

Craig has been my physio for a number of months now and I cannot rate him highly enough. Professional, knowledgable and just an all round interesting guy and a pleasure to be around. He is so committed to the job, always putting patient care first. He’s always made me feel so welcome and always informs me of next steps. I am absolutely gutted that he’s moving on.
