Not impressed that i bought an £18.95 bag of adhesive surplus to what i needed ( bought 3 but only needed 1.5) and after being told i could return the unused bag i only got £15 on return. When this was questioned i was told there was a 20% handling charge!! Seriosuly!

Really disappointed with service. First there were delivery issues and the time of the delivery was not communicated correctly. Then there was a box of tiles broken. After spending £9k asked for some levelling clips only to be told I would have to pay for these. Very disappointing.

Having been to various tile shops over the last few weeks, we went to Armatile in Armagh on Saturday.We saw the most comprehensive selection of tiles, but more importantly had the best service from Conor O’Neill.We will definitely buy our tiles there and recommend them to others.

Steven was extremely informative and helpful and he was very patient when I wanted to go back and look at the first set of tiles again! Would definitely recommend this place.
