Large, modern comfortable apartment in easy walking distance to Peterborough cathedral and the central shopping streets. Communication was excellent with detailed check in and checkout instructions. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of S&A’s lovely apartments in Cambridge. The location was great and just a short walk away from the city centre. The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything you could need and more! The S&A team were very informative and responded quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful apartment! It was so lovely staying here, the property was well located, just a short walk into the city centre with loads of amenities nearby. There was a huge tesco and lidl so great for stocking up. The property was warm and cozy, lovely decor and everything had been cleaned well. Would happily go back!

We had a lovely stay at the Cambridge apartment. Checking in was made easy by your detailed instructions. Apartment was beautifully decorated and so clean. Looking forward to returning soon!!

The apartment was wonderful, such a lovely space with lovely furnishings- a real home away from home experience. The apartment had everything me and my colleague needed in it from washing up liquid and laundry detergent to tin foil and milk. The hosts were very easily contactable and they provided quick responses at all times. The apartment couldn't be in a better location with a 5 minute walk into to town center. Sheltered parking was also available free of charge included in the stay.However, I was slightly disappointed that we were not able to use the on site gym within our 6 week stay - we were told that due to coronavirus restrictions the gym was open to residents only, however this stay was during a time when no restrictions were in place.We also only had one key fob between me and my colleague which made it very difficult for us to have to plan our time so that we could both get to work on time and both have access to the parking upon finishing work.I also couldn't manage to get the heating working until the 5th week, after countless times asking the hosts we couldn't work it out as the I had followed all of the instructions but it was still not working. I felt the hosts were not the most helpful with this issue and wanted to charge us £37.50 each for a mid-stay clean" in which someone would also look at the heating. I felt this was quite steep as after all I just needed some further guidance on how to get the heating working. I had to ring a plumber in the end to guide me on how to get it working.We were also charged £37.50 each for a mid -stay clean in which our towels and bedding were changed and a quick clean was given and then a further £70 EACH for an end of stay clean which is very expensive in my opinion but I suppose it is a big apartment and they may clean everywhere thoroughly - something to be aware of for future guests.We also did not have access to the post box key

The best thing about staying with S&A is the support and attention one receives from the hosts. Sarah, Ashley and (in particular) Clare have all been excellent hosts. They have been very supportive, responded my inquiries on the Airbnb chat and quickly sorted out any minor problem found during my stay. I would totally recommend their flats as an accommodation option.

Really clean property and great hosts. Communication was very efficient and all information and details provided effectively. Will be happy to use this service again and look forward to staying in the property again.
