Always a pleasant experience at Asda opticians. Was served by a particularly friendly and helpful lady today (not sure her name, but she had a blonde bob!). Would highly recommend this opticians to anyone.

Having eyes tested was great and service was good, but please why have an opticians open till 8pm when you go after work to collect new glasses and NO one is there but a trainee who can't do anything. Now I'm going away and have no glasses , pointless staying open till this time if you cannot accommodate customers needs.

My wife and I visited the opticians today. Just came back. We were so impressed with service, we went back to ask the opticians name so we could leave him feedback. So... Conor Reynolds our optician was excellent. He talked us through the examination explaining and answering all our questions. Cannot recommend highly enough. Receptionist was warm and friendly too.

Shocking service, rude and arrogant staff. After waiting for 35 minutes past my appointment time and watching 3 members of staff wander about trying to look busy i asked if i would be seen soon. Yes

Boots told me I needed glasses back around 2010, I've been going to ASDA ever since, and so far they've given me the all clear and said my sight is fine...
