I organised a visit from this company to assess and fix a leaking roof. I booked a slot for the roofer to visit and then he just never turned up. I rang multiple times and no one picked up and left a voicemail to which no one replied. Very disappointed as I needed to get this leak sorted ASAP so felt I just wasted time taking a day off work to have this company ‘visit’. I went elsewhere to get the job sorted!
