Poor customer service. I was prescribed 7 days worth of anti biotics, they only have me enough for 5 days when i went in ther to tell them of their error i was told it was correct amount, i explained the maths to them which they sort of understood but asked me how much more i needed then still only gave me 1 more days worth instead of 2. Once i had recieved the correct amount the lady just walked off no apology, i said dont i get an apology she respond pathetically oh sorry. Very poor service.

Repeat prescription for rivaroxaban (following dvt and lung clots) issued, but not available on Saturday because of computer fault. Had to attend walk-in clinic at Crawley hospital, to issue emergency supply (3 days). Today, Monday, prescription not available due to computer fault. Pharmacy to visit Tilgate surgery for issue of a paper-based prescription. In addition, advertised NHS health check not available at this pharmacy. Appalling.
