The quality of the products is ok, but I was disappointed to find that our milk delivery was being dropped off before midnight the night before the delivery was due. This in itself isn't a huge problem, but this during a Summer heatwave resulted in having to throw away milk. When I attempted to find out more about the delivery time, this information was not available to me. So I've now left Totally Welsh and gone elsewhere. Uplands resident.
