Nice and relaxed spot to have a coffee, whether you've been shopping in the centre or having a coffee with friends. It's close to Altnagelvin hospital, so it's a handy place to wait for a patient. If you get their loyalty card, you can build up points for a free drink or snack.

My favourite place for coffee with family and friends. Great selection of drinks, food and it has a calm atmosphere, the staff are friendly and helpful and i can relax, have a chat and enjoy my coffee after a busy shop or just when i feel the need of some me time, thankyou Costa

Under new management and much improved!I'm a regular and a fan but this Costa has got better. And the public has somehow found out. Before, numbers of customers could be low. But now, there are more people and more of a buzz.Full credit to the new manager.

Spacious coffee shop, but the decorating is lifeless. Been here about 3 times and the coffee is very average, with a high-end price tag! Additionally, I’ve had my drink prepared incorrectly before and was unable to receive anything from Costa without a loyalty card.

Terrible service! Two young males serving hadn’t a clue. No plates offered with the scones had to ask for butter and napkins in the absence of a plate. Shocking service and for the price paid not worth it. We won’t be back nor will we be recommending it.

I feel the lighting could be better, which would create a better atmosphere. There was no warmth about the place and I can honestly say it would not be my 1st place of call for coffee with my friends. I like a warm friendly atmosphere and sadly it was missing here.

I hate to give a negative review but, the girl serving did her best. The wait for 2 very inferior hot chocolates wasn't worth it. If they offer marshmallows it shouldn't be jumbo ones and only 2 at that at 60p for 2. Plus a 20min wait, sorry wasn't impressed
