Dexters assisted us with our move into a flat in Hammersmith and have been great throughout the process. Rachel Martin dealt with the process from the initial stages to key collection. She has been very helpful on every step of the process and was always responding to our questions in a timely manner explaining everything very thoroughly. She also helped with the referencing process chasing the referencing company for us when needed and explaining what information was required for every step. All in all, we had a very good experience with our house move with Dexters and Rachel specifically and we would trust them again for any future moves.

She gets straight to the point without waiting time and has gone over and beyond to accommodate my requests and targets.
