I don't usually leave negative reviews but this surgery isn't operated in the best way by any stretch of the imagination. There have been several hiccups, and twice we have had to wait for the vet to actually arrive. The last time we had a cat booked in for an allergy injection, they'd even run out of stock when we arrived for the appointment. Today we thought we were taking our cat to Amlwch for his usual injection, because I had phoned the Amlwch number to make the appointment, only to find it was shut... and that we were supposed to be taking him to Mona - except that no-one told us that. When I phoned to ask what was going on, the lady said, well

Went to the surgery at Amlwch, Andrew the vet was ever so professional but approachable and friendly. Really listened to what Bert, Stanley and Beti needed. Couldn’t have asked for more. Best vets on the island
